I truly enjoyed very very helpful personnel that ensures guests have a just perfect stay. It has to offer a freshly cooked and absolutely superb breakfast with coffee and muesli;))

We have stayed in this exquisite hotel for 2 nights, everything was outstanding, the location was quiet in a quiet area. The rooms where beautifully decorated with very comfy bed and antique furnishings plus the private terrace, the breakfast was amazing.

The suite was spacious and decorated with high-quality, characterful furnishings that evoke a genuine Ottoman vibe. Breakfast offered a good array of local treats, served with attention to detail and freshness that makes mornings enjoyable.

Air conditioning required maximum power and low settings to cool the room effectively, which can be a hassle in the summer heat. The Wi-Fi speed left something to be desired. Lastly, finding the hotel can be a puzzle due to narrow paths. It requires careful navigation using provided instructions.

This place deserves more than 5 stars, it has airy rooms and serves delicious breakfast. The employees are friendly. The breakfast offers a wide range of coffee and muesli: )

Y'all, the little details. Every morning we were treated to a scrumptious breakfast and those sweet touches like raki with honey had me smilin'. Our Luxury Junior Suite was just right for chillin' after a day of explorin'. The hosts were very good, makin' our stay so relaxin'.

Finding the entrance was a bit tricky at first, and the stairs to the duplex room were slippery. Parking can be a challenge in Chania's narrow streets, but the hotel offers private parking nearby. These minor inconveniences were easily overshadowed by the really good hospitality and good experience overall.

The breakfast served on the terrace was a good affair, freshly prepared and abundant with local flavors. Just a stone's throw from Chania's vibrant old port, the hotel still offers a peaceful escape. My only wish is that the check-in process could be a bit more straightforward.
